The Mindful30 is a month-long mindfulness program designed to encourage you to practice mindfulness daily. We’ve gathered the leaders in the field to offer you 30 days of unique mindfulness experiences. We know it can be hard to practice every day, so this year’s Mindful30 offers you many ways to participate.

Every day you’ll receive an email linked to the day’s practice. The first week of the Mindful30 introduces you to the teachers who will be with you throughout the 30 days. Every day one of our teachers will guide you through a mindfulness practice and give you some homework to take with you throughout your week. The following week, they’ll be back to help you build upon the previous week’s practice.

The Mindful30 Practice Themes

  • Awareness of the Moment, with Zindel Segal
  • Emotional Resilience, with Jessica Morey
  • Acknowledging Habits, with Judson Brewer
  • Mindful Movement, with Cara Bradley
  • Cultivating Compassion, with Vinny Ferraro
  • Being in Community, with Rhonda Magee
  • Loving-kindness, with Andy Gonzalez, Atman Smith, and Ali Smith
  • Plus, the first and last day of the program feature guided meditations with Mindful Editor-in-Chief Barry Boyce

Some of you may want to tune in every day to practice with the Mindful30 teachers. Or you may find that you connect with one or two teachers and you just want to practice with them. Please know that there is no wrong way to practice with the Mindful30. The most important aspect of the Mindful30 is that you take time every day to connect and be mindful.

We’ve created this program for both beginning and experienced mindfulness practitioners. The Mindful30 is made up of research-backed mindfulness practices that help you navigate worry and anxiety, allow you to tune into your surroundings with greater your awareness, and help you tap into happiness for yourself and for those around you.

Mindful30 Partners

As part of the challenge, you are invited donate to help support three nationally recognized non-profit organizations working with teachers and schoolchildren: Peace in Schools, Ivy Child, and Compassionate Schools Project. Mindfulness training helps students develop resiliency, improved focus, and an expanded capacity for empathy—all of which result in improved classroom performance and a greater chance at life-long success. 100% of your donations go to our partners so they can support teachers and children as they learn mindfulness skills that will serve them and their communities. Visit our Partners page to learn more about their work.

Mindful30 FB Group

On top of receiving a new Mindful30 practice reminder in your inbox every day, we invite you to participate in our private Facebook Group. Created solely for those participating in this year’s Mindful30, there you’ll find a community of like-minded individuals who’ve chosen to dedicate 30 days to connect with daily mindfulness practice.
